Autumn draws to a close...

Been busy this autumn! Hence the lack of updates.

Had a wonderful time at a Halloween party with my dear friend Kate. It was a lovely evening, everyone had a great time.

We found out that we won't be staying with Kate and her boyfriend this winter, and while I was initially a little frustrated and boggled as to what to do, everything ironed itself out in the end. We found an apartment within our budget, have made arrangements to be able to leave when we need to, and it's more conveniently located. Now I am becoming kind of excited over the prospect of living alone for a little while. By no means is it ideal, but I have resigned myself to making the most of any situation. Resistance will be futile from here on out, so I might as well learn to embrace everything as it comes my way.

I still have no idea why I haven't had my period since July 28. But I am going to the doctor on Thursday, so maybe in a week I'll have some answers, eh?

Having a tea party with my friend Nicole tomorrow. Hubby and I were taking bets over why she wants to talk so desperately, which probably makes us bad people. But I am looking forward to the afternoon, it shall be a fun change of pace.

That's all for now. I'll try to become more active here, it will take a concentrated effort, but I will eventually get the hang of it. My life definitely needs some structure and maybe the accomplishment of hosting a regular blog will help.
